abundance of provisions set before him, he would
change countenance and rise up. On a sudden clap
of thunder, or a violent wind, he would change
countenance. When he was about to mount his
carriage, he would stand straight, holding the cord.
When he was in the carriage, he did not turn his
head quite round, he did not talk hastily, he did not
point with his hands.

【译文】睡觉时不要直挺挺仰卧像个死尸，闲
居在家时也不用矜持面容。见到穿丧服的人，
即使是亲近的人，也一定严肃变容。见到戴
礼帽的人和盲人，即使是很熟悉，也一定礼
