季氏富于周公，而求也为之聚敛而附益
之。子曰：“非吾徒也。小子鸣鼓而攻之，可也。”
The head of the Chi family was richer than
the duke of Chau had been, and yet Ch’iu collected
his imposts for him, and increased his wealth. The
Master said, “He is not disciple of mine. My little
children, beat the drum and assail him.”
【译文】季康子比周公还富有，而时为季氏家
臣的冉求还为他搞经营活动积聚钱财，增加
他的财富。孔子气愤地说：“他不再是我的
学生了。你们这些学生可以大张旗鼓地攻击
他。”
【解读】关于“季氏富于周公”之语，梁皇侃《论
语义疏》云：“季氏，鲁臣也。周公，天子臣，
