子曰：“兴于《诗》，立于礼，成于乐。”
The Master said, “It is by the Odes that the
mind is aroused. It is by the Rules of Propriety that
the character is established. It is from Music that the
finish is received.”
【译文】孔子说：“兴起于《诗》，立身于礼，
成身于乐。”
【解读】诗、礼、乐是礼乐制度的根基，它们
构成了西周“和谐有序”的社会形态，同时
也是礼乐教育的核心。孔子认为，一个健全
的人格离不开诗、礼、乐的教化，三者在教
育过程中起到不同作用。杨朝明《论语诠解》
指出，《诗》，能启迪性情，所谓“温柔敦厚”
之诗教，盖此为化民之先。《礼》，能规范
