The Nishan Library presentation ceremony was held at the China Confucianism Museum in Quzhou, Zhejiang on the afternoon of September 5. During the event, the Nishan World Center for Confucian Studies (Secretariat of the China Confucius Foundation) presented a series of books, Nishan Library, to the Quzhou Southern Confucianism Culture Development Center.

The Nishan World Center for Confucian Studies (Secretariat of the China Confucius Foundation) is a global hub for academic research and exchange on Confucianism. Quzhou, Zhejiang, where the Quzhou Confucius Temple is located, is the home to many of Confucius's descendants. Both parties bear the responsibility of preserving and promoting the rich legacy of Chinese culture. Strengthening cooperation and exchanges between the two sides is an important way to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of China's outstanding traditional culture.

Since the strategic cooperation agreement was signed between the Nishan World Center for Confucian Studies (Secretariat of the China Confucius Foundation) and the Publicity Department of the Quzhou Municipal Party Committee in 2021, both parties have leveraged their respective advantages, deepened cooperation, and contributed jointly to the construction of a socialist cultural power and the promotion of the splendid traditional Chinese culture.
