On August 29, , the exhibition of imperialporcelainsof High Qing Era(1662-1796)was unveiledLiaoning Provincial Museum, to display its unqiuetaste of gorgeousnessand elegance.

The exhibition, highlighting inheritance and innovationthrough the 74 pieces of choiceimperial porcelainof High Qing eraselectedfrom the collection of Liaoning Provincial Museum to give visitors a close glimpse of the excellent manufacturing techniqueof ancient craftsme n and outstanding creativity oftheChinese nation.

According to the introduction, Qing Dynasty (1616—1912) is a golden age in the development of Chinese ceramics, and the achievements on the imperial porcelains which featured vivid imprint of times and artistic style, especially during the reign of Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong, were unprecedented and unrepeatable. With technical reformation, the unique style of imperial porcelains during the Kangxi period(1662-1722) took the lead in Qing Dynasty. Inpursuit of aesthetic perfection of art, a variety of colored-glaze imperial porcelains flowered during the Yongzheng period(1723-1735). Withs techniques developed to the extreme during Qianlong period(1736-1796), various novel styles of imperial porcelains emerged, which was overwhelmingly spectacular.
