On November 25, “Finding Dunhuang in the World - Duplicate exhibition of Dunhuang's fine cultural relics scattered abroad" opened in Guyuan Museum of Ningxia, and 80 pieces of Dunhuang fine cultural relics scattered abroad were unveiled in the form of duplicate.

The original exhibits on this exhibition are collected in the British Museum, the French Guimet Museum, the National Library of France and other institutions. Using the most advanced 3D non-destructive scanning technology, referring to original size and color, experts and scholars have reproduced various cultural relics of the Southern and Northern dynasties, Sui, Tang and Five dynasties, Northern Song dynasty, such as silk paintings, paper paintings, linen paintings and Sutras, which are almost the modern version of Dunhuang highly simulated cultural relics. In the process of appreciating cultural relics of different times and with different characteristics, the audience can understand the splendid art and culture of Dunhuang at multiple levels, draw nutrients from the fine traditional Chinese culture, and enhance the sense of identity of Chinese culture.

The exhibition will run until January 20, 2024.
