The 10th International Academic Symposium on "East Asian Academies and Confucianism" and the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Chinese Academy Society were held on November 9 at Wansong Academy in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.

Participants helddiscussions around the generaltheme of the conference on "East Asian Confucianism and Academy Culture", with a view to further promote research on the history and current situation of Chinese academies,toinherit the excellent traditions of Chinese academiesand to construct and developcontemporary academies, and to strengthen cultural exchanges and cooperation between domestic and foreign academies.
