On the morning of November 3, the Exhibitionon theRitualand Music Civilization of Shang and Zhou Dynastiesofficially opened in Hall 16 of the main buildingof Henan Museum.

The exhibition brings together more than 260 pieces (sets) of bronze, jade, pottery, original porcelain and other cultural relics from 27 cultural collection institutions in 8 provinces, fully demonstrating the establishment, maturity and self-innovation process of the ritual system in the Shang and Zhou dynasties, as well as the origin and development of thousands of years of Chinese ritual and music civilization history, providing a cultural feast for the public.

The Central Plains region is one of the birthplacesof Chinese ritual and music culture. This exhibition,organized by Henan Museum,aims to let the public better understand the harmony and diversity of Chinese culture and the internal motivation of sustainable development through explainingthe origin and development of Chinese ritual and music culture overthousands of years, and make them feel the long-established Chinese civilization from the ritual and music culture through history.

In recent years, Henan Museum has successively planned and held exhibitionsof various types and themes. The exhibition will last until February 28th.
