On August 16, 2023, the Shanghai Book Fair & Shanghai International Literary Weekwas launched at the Shanghai Exhibition Center, and hasgreeted floods of readers and visitors within two hours after its beginning.

About 850 events including sale of books in wide fields, display of cultural and innovative products, experience sharing of celebrities, live streaming, and question and answer challenge will take place during this fair, with an aim to create a top cultural feast for readers.

It is reported that the Shanghai Book Fair will last until August 22. The Unique Sub-venue and Reading Sub-venue launched separately by districts of Shanghai make the whole city of Shanghai permeated with book fragrance from the book feast.
