The 2nd “Culture + Science & Technology” International Forum jointly sponsored by the Palace Museum and Tencent opened in Shenzhen on December 15, attracting the participation of over 50 experts and academics from famous Chinese and foreign museums, colleges and science and technology enterprises. 

The theme of this forum is "Impact and Enlightenment-A New Leap in Digital Cultural Services", with three sub forums of "Resonance • New Development of Digital Culture from a Global Perspective", “Energy Storage • Digital Transformation Strategies of Traditional Culture”, “Boom • Convergence and Improvement of Digital Cultural Services”. The event aims to further promote the digital concept of museums, promote the application and innovation of new technologies, and jointly discuss the development trend of culture and technology.

The forum includes a Greater Bay Area Salon. Five guests from the Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, the Palace Museum, the Guangdong Provincial Museum, the Hong Kong Museum of History, and Tencent engaged in discussions on the cultural policy and construction of the Greater Bay Area, the cultural resources of the Greater Bay Area, talent exchange and training between Hong Kong and Macau and mainland.

There are 7 areas in the exhibition, and visitors can enjoy 5.3-meter-high naked-eye 3D "digital cultural relics" and 22 times "high-definition magnified cultural relics". The exhibition also prepared 10 annual must-go points of the Forbidden City, allowing the audience to experience the four seasons of the Forbidden City.
