On December 14th, the donation ceremony for the Genealogy of Zhongzi and General Recordsof ZongziFamily was held in Confucius Research Institutein Qufu, Jining city, Shandong province.

The two books are local documents compiled on the basis of family history, genealogy, local chronicles, and historical materials of the Zhongzi family. They mainly focus on the inheritance, history, culture, origin, ritual system, historical sites, and documents of the Zhongzi family, and are important documents for studying Zhongzi, who was one of the most famous disciples of Confucius.

At the event, the Zhongzi Historical and Cultural Research Association presented these two booksto the Confucius Research Institute. The latter thenissueda collection certificate to the former.

This donation not only enriches the collection of the Confucian Literature Collection Center, but also provides strong literature support for the research, inheritance, and promotion of Zhongzi studies.
