On the morning of December 2, the grand opening of "The 2ndChina-ASEAN Forum on the Confucian Studies" was held in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. More than 30 well-known scholars and guests from China, Malaysia, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and other countries attended the forum.

The theme of this year's forum is "Confucian Culture from the Perspective of Modern Civilization".Experts and scholars have conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on such topics as "the practice of Confucianism", "a community with a shared future for mankind and Confucianism" and "the development of Confucianism in East Asia".

Confucian culture has a long history of dissemination in the ASEAN region, and the Confucian exchanges and dialogues between China and ASEAN countries are of great significance to broaden the horizon of Confucian research, promote exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations, and carry forward the spirit of Confucian culture.
