As the Dragon Boat Festival approaches, Gaoqing County in Zibo, China and its sister city in Russia have embarked on a virtual tour to celebrate the festival online. Supported by the Publicity Department of the County Party Committee, the traditional customs and culture of the Chinese Dragon Boat Festival were showcased to Russian friends online, such as making zongziand interpreting traditional Chinese customs.

After the event, Darya Kovalchuk, Veronika Sakovich and other Russian friends shared their feelings and expressed that they gained a lot from this event and learned moure about traditional Chinese culture.

They expressed their desire to visit beautiful Gaoqing in China in the future to taste zongzi and other delicacies on site, further learn about excellent traditional Chinese culture, and enjoy the good times with Chinese friends.
