“As the basic unit of society, the values and behavioral patterns of the family profoundly influence individual growth and social stability. Although family structures and functions vary in different cultures and regions, the family plays a central role in inheriting culture, shaping identity, and providing emotional support.”On July 11th, Debora Kayembe, member of the Royal Society of Arts, former chairman of the Council of Edinburgh University and 54th president, emphasized the role of women in education and the family at the Family Culture Symposium of the 10th Nishan Forum on World Civilizations, highlighting the importance of gender equality for family happiness and social progress. Meanwhile, through cultural exchange, people can broaden their horizons, challenge traditional beliefs, cultivate global citizenship, and ultimately promote personal growth and social progress.
