On September 26th, 2022 China (Qufu) International Confucius Cultural Festival and the Eighth Nishan Forum on World Civilization - Nishan Forum on Cultural Heritage was held in Qufu, Shandong Province. With the theme of “the protection and utilization of Confucian cultural heritages”, the forum aims to thoroughly implement the important instructions on "Four Clear" and cultural “Creation and Innovation” of Secretary-General Xi Jinping and the spirit of instructions on heritages, systematically explain and make full play of the value of Confucian cultural heritages in the new ear, and make every effort to build the excellent Chinese traditional culture “Creation and Innovation" demonstration pilot zone.

More and more experts and scholars are devoted to exploring the value of Confucian cultural heritages and their integration with the present era. In terms of the revitalization and utilization of heritages, many beneficial explorations and attempts have been carried out by Confucian temples and academies across the country. The inheritance and development as well as revitalization and utilization of Confucian cultural heritages in the new era are closely related to Chinese civilization, to the progress of the times, and to the cultural life of the people. As the appeal and inspiration of Confucian cultural heritages are getting stronger and stronger, the utilization experience of various places are worthy of learning and reference.
