It was noted at the meeting that in response to General Secretary Xi's expositions on promoting fine traditional Chinese culture, it is a concrete practice, arduous responsibility and glorious mission to hold The 7th Nishan Forum on World Civilizations. This forum is expected to be held on a large scale, cover a wide range and exert a great global influence. Therefore, the Center should pursue a holistic thought, mobilize all staff to fully participate and make all and concerted efforts to wrap up this forum as the currently most important political task. 

The meeting underscored that it is an important responsibility of the Center assigned by the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and the Provincial Government to hold the Nishan Forum on World Civilizations. In order to fulfill this responsibility, the Center should act in line with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, pursue a higher stance, enhance the sense of responsibility, mission and honor, and finish the preparatory work with high standard and quality as decided and arranged by the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and the Provincial Government in both thought and practice in line with the spirit of this meeting and in a pathbreaking and down-to-earth manner. The taskforce for the preparatory work should shoulder and fulfill its responsibilities in practice in every detail as scheduled, follow the command of the superior and advance each work step by step according to a high standard and well-established procedures. Each leader in charge should urge to implement and finish every task in every detail in line with the highest standard, most stringent requirements and most pragmatic measures. All members should be thoughtful and warm-hearted when providing services, improve and perfect service details, work in a coordinated and concerted way for the same purpose and establish the awareness of providing the best service in every detail so as to well serve the forum with a gentle, modest and courteous attitude. Work should be done in a concerted way with close cooperation and timely good communication. Strict work disciplines and pandemic prevention and control disciplines should be followed, and every work should be done in line with stricter standards and supported by safer measures with a strong sense of safety. The Center should get well-prepared for worst-case scenarios to cope with any emergency, strengthen risk research and judgment, make emergency plans, wrap up the forum and satisfy the requirements and expectations of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, the Provincial Government and the people of Shandong Province.
