16th China-South Korea Calligraphy Exchange successfully held in Zhangqiu District, Jinan city

Recently, the 16th China-South Korea Calligraphy Exchange was held in Zhangqiu District, Jinan city.
During the event,internationalfriends from the Calligraphy Association of Suwon City, South Korea, toured the Mingshui AncientTownand the former residence of Li Qingzhao. They admired the beautiful spring sceneryand appreciatedthe charm of Song poetryas well asexperienced traditional tie-dyeing at Meng Hongsheng’s workshop, immersing themselves in the vibrant life of the ancienttownand the profound historical and cultural heritage of Zhangqiudistrict.
At the Zhangqiu District Museum, under the guidance of a tour guide, thevisitinggroup arrived atthe Zhangqiu Historical Relics Exhibition, the Luozhuang Han Tomb Relics Exhibition, and the Weishan Han Tomb Relics Exhibition,where theygaineda detailed understanding of Zhangqiu’s glorious history. They expressed admiration for Chinese rich historical and cultural heritage, as they gained a more vivid, specific, and profound understanding of the origins and development of Chinese civilization.
After thiscolorful and interesting tour, the South Korean friends expressed that the event was impressive and that the historical and cultural heritage of Zhangqiu was enchanting. They were very willing to share their experiences in Zhangqiu with the Korean people, so as to allow more Koreans to recognize Zhangqiu and understand China. They also look forward to more similar events being held between the two countries, allowing the people of both nations to continuously bridge distances and boost friendship through cultural exchanges.
