Weifang intangible cultural heritage shines in Gunma, Japan

Recently, Weifang High-tech Zone, in collaboration with KEK Corporation, held a promotion event forcultural andcreative productsofintangible cultural heritage under the theme of "Promoting Sino-Japanese Cultural Exchange through Appreciating the Charm of Weifang's Intangible Cultural Heritage" in Gunma Prefecture, Japan.

At the event, a variety of exquisite intangible cultural heritage products such as Chinese calligraphy, porcelain tigers, and gourd pyrography were displayed, attracting praise and positive reviews from intangible cultural heritage enthusiasts.

During the event, Shandong Jinjiang International Company from Weifang High-tech Zone presented calligraphy works, porcelain tigers, and other cultural and creative products to Japanese local friendsincludingHara Kazutaka, a councilman of Gunma Prefecture, and Ishihara Jou, former mayor of Midori City. "This exquisite gift of a porcelain tiger has given me a new understanding and appreciation of Chinese intangible cultural heritage. I hope to hold more events like this to enhance Sino-Japanese friendship through cultural exchange," said Ishihara Jou.

This event provided a platform for Japanese friends to experience the charm of Chinese intangible cultural heritage up close, and significantly promoted cultural exchange and development between China and Japan.
